When you catch yourself thinking “I’ll never be able to do that!”.. or some similar negative thought… FLIP IT… to “I’ve GOT THIS! … I’m DOING IT! I’ve GOT THIS! … I’m DOING IT! I’ve GOT THIS! … I’m DOING IT!”… and remember to SMILE!!!
